September 2021 in Haw Creek!

Don’t forget about these events and opportunities to participate!

The Mt. Xpress is conducting a survey of residents to assess their knowledge of the development process in the City of Asheville and Buncombe County. Did you know, for instance, that in Asheville the approval process for the vast majority of developments – Level I, Level II, and Major Subdivisions – do not include participation by residents or neighborhood associations?

Take the survey today! and help CAN (Coalition of Asheville Neighborhoods) and Mt Xpress strengthen public participation in development processes!
In addition to the survey, three online conversations about the project are scheduled via Zoom for 6 p.m. Monday, Sept. 13 (; 1 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 16 (; and 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 18 ( Advance registration is requested, but drop-in attendance is also welcomed.
